The whole process, from start to finish, was excellent.  Our project Manager Sara was superb.  She kept us moving and on task—the design (thank you, Elise!!) has exceeded my expectations.  Performance and service have been excellent since going live.  We had very few issues – those we encountered were identified and fixed quickly.

My thoughts would be exceeding expectations.  Everything from concept to design to final delivery exceeded my expectations, and the service was the best in class.
