As one of the 25 largest staffing companies in the U.S Beacon Hill required an intuitive search and UX that would allow users to sort through a high volume of jobs and funnel candidates through to relevant division experiences. Partnering with Beacon's existing web design team, Staffing Future was able to implement a microsite Future portal experience that provided candidates with dynamic job search and filter options by divisions as well as implementing a complex resume submit routing system to direct applications through to the right team. Advanced tracking has indicated an increase in traffic as well as conversions.

The solution integrated with Bullhorn, Herefish and Paiger, leveraged job matching and job alerts to enhance the candidate experience and drive, engage and convert candidate leads.
