Tam’s first computer project was when he was a high school student. He created software to find the fastest route from one location to another 1989. At that time, there was no GPS navigation system like we know today. Since then, he has completely fallen in love with working in the IT field. He has been working in the IT field for almost 30 years. What he has learned the most was “in IT, you never stop learning.” I have never felt enough for the knowledge and experience I gained. Tam is a key senior developer in the Staffing Future team, using years of experience in the staffing space, which helps when innovating our new products and features.
