With a strong dedication to operational excellence and a passion for driving organizational growth, Bruce has served as both Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Staffing Future since 2017. As co-founder alongside Jack Copeland, he brings extensive experience in staffing technology, strategy, and team leadership. Having stepped back from an operational role, he remains a majority owner and serves as a board member in an advisory capacity.

 

Bruce has worked with some of the world's largest companies and suppliers, delivering unique value that helps them succeed and achieve their strategic goals in talent acquisition and recruitment. By overcoming technological and process challenges, he develops and implements short-, medium-, and long-term strategies to ensure companies leverage the latest and most effective talent acquisition technology and offshore process outsourcing, delivering industry-leading results.
