Tom’s unmatched leadership skills and prolific knowledge of recruitment technology easily landed him as our beloved VP of Implementation and Success. In this role, he manages our growing team of Project Managers and oversees all teams involved in implementation. His 6+ years in the recruitment technology industry has brought valuable insight to best practices, optimizing internal structure, and working with high-growth SaaS companies. 

“Implementation of a new site is a long and patient process. During that time, I like to get to know my clients on a personal level which is important to me and helps makes the journey more fun. Even though most of our work is done via Zoom, I value the relationships that have developed with both clients, partners, and co-workers. I always say that the key to a successful partnership is good communication.” 

In his spare time, he likes to listen to music, has a good cocktail, and spends far too long on the PlayStation. He loves sports and is a massive Manchester United fan and New England Patriots fan (glory hunter).
