Hien joined our team in January 2022 as our VP of Software Engineering. His vast industry knowledge spans more than 15 years in the staffing software & technology space and he brings a wealth of experience to our growing team.

“If you were to ask me 20 years ago whether it was my ambition to head a software engineering department, I'd be saying: don't be silly, I don't have time for that. 

I've always seen myself as a chief tinkerer and a problem solver and yet over the last 15+ years in our HR Software space, increasingly I see the rewards in guiding and nurturing talents and seeing them flourish. Our business is only as good as the talents and passions behind it. Of course, the love for coding will always remain!

I'm excited by this new chapter of Staffing Future and honestly, I can't wait to contribute to what I'd consider as an extended family.”
